Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern the relationship between DAMAPOLY ENTERPRISE and our customers concerning the supply of acrylic manufacturing services, including but not limited to custom acrylic products, signage, displays, and related services.

By placing an order or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

2. Orders & Customization

• All orders must be submitted in writing via email or our online order form.
• Customization requests, including design, dimensions, and material specifications, must be clearly communicated and confirmed before production begins.
• We will provide design proofs for approval. Production will only commence after receiving written approval from you.
• Any changes to the order after approval may incur additional charges and could impact delivery times.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms

• All prices are quoted in RM(RINGGIT MALAYSIA) / SG(SINGAPORE DOLLAR) and are subject to change without notice.
• A deposit of 50% of the total order value is required upon order confirmation. The remaining balance is due upon completion and before delivery.
• Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other accepted payment methods as agreed.
• Any failure to make timely payments may result in delays or cancellation of the order.

4. Production & Lead Times

• Standard lead times for production may vary depending on the complexity of the project and material availability.
• We strive to meet agreed deadlines, but are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as material shortages, transport issues, or natural disasters.
• Rush orders may be subject to additional charges, which will be communicated in advance.

5. Delivery & Shipping

• We offer delivery services within Malaysia, Singapore. For international orders, shipping fees and timelines will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
• Delivery times are estimates and subject to shipping provider schedules.
• Risk of loss or damage during shipping transfers to you once the products leave our premises. We recommend purchasing insurance for larger or more valuable shipments.
• If you choose to pick up your order, please arrange an appointment, and we will notify you when the order is ready.

6. Warranty & Quality Assurance

• We stand behind the quality of our acrylic products. Each item is inspected before delivery to ensure it meets the agreed specifications.
• We provide three-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or modifications after delivery.
• Should you discover a defect, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the product to arrange for a replacement or repair.

7. Returns & Cancellations

• Custom-made acrylic products are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they are faulty or do not meet the specifications agreed upon.
• If you wish to cancel an order, please notify us immediately. Cancellations may incur a charge depending on the production stage at the time of cancellation.
• Cancellations after production has begun will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

8. Intellectual Property

• All designs, drawings, and materials created by us in the process of fulfilling your order remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or use our designs without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services, including but not limited to loss of profits or business.
• Our liability for any claim arising out of these terms is limited to the value of the product or service provided.

10. Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or failures in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or disruptions in supply chains.

11. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

12. Amendments

• We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you and will apply to future orders placed after the amendment date.
